To sign up for the Online Bill Payment Service, log into Online Banking and click on Pay Bills. If you are already in the Home Banking product, just click on Pay Bills.
With T&C´s Electronic Bill Payment service, you can pay your bills at any time from the comfort of your computer. There is no need to buy stamps or make a trip to the post office. This convenient service features the following benefits:
- Pay almost anyone by selecting specific merchants from a list, or setting up your own according to merchant type (government agencies and non-US merchants are excluded).
- Fixed amounts can be set up for weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually to automatically make payments up to a year in advance.
- Multiple Payments with varying amounts can be paid at once with the click of a button.
- Scheduled payments can be reviewed, changed, or deleted before the scheduled withdrawal (“send on”) date. This excludes expedited same day payments as processing begins immediately once submitted.
- Review payee details, scheduled payments, and payment history.
- View bills and transfer money to third parties including other banks and credit unions, credit card companies, investment firms, and more through our Money HQ service! (A small fee will apply for transfers).
- Receive alerts for account balances and bill due dates.
- Transfer money to individuals simply by knowing their e-mail address! (A small fee will apply).
- Same day and next-day transfers allow you to send money to recipients within one business day or less. (A fee will apply).
- Purchase merchant-branded gift cards through our Card HQ service. (A small delivery fee will apply).

- If you do not have Online Statements, a low monthly fee of $4.95 will be charged to your checking account on the last day of each month. If you sign-up for Online Bill Pay after business hours on the last business day of the month, you will be charged a $4.95 Online Bill Pay fee for that month.

Important Information for Bill Pay Users:
When your payment is scheduled, the time period for payment may vary depending on how the merchant will accept payments. To determine when the merchant will receive your funds, refer to the “deliver by” date as listed in Bill Pay. This “deliver by” date is the date the funds will reach your designated merchant.
Your T&C checking account will be debited for all transactions and the transactions will post to your account as a BILL PAY WITHDRAWAL.
Please make sure the funds are in your account before the scheduled withdrawal (“send on”) date. If the funds are not available on the date of withdrawal, a Non-Sufficient Funds fee (NSF) or Courtesy Payment fee of $25.00 may be charged to your account.
